Terms & Conditions — nona77 User Agreement

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below. Where context permits, singular includes plural and vice versa.

• "Platform" means the nona77 website accessible at https://nona77.cam and all associated services, games, and features available thereon.
• "Member" / "User" means any individual who has successfully completed the registration process and holds an active account on the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Member upon registration, used to access all Platform services.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held within a Member's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback credit, or similar incentive credited to an Account that is subject to wagering requirements before it may be withdrawn as real money.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a Member must wager using bonus funds before those funds — or winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required for account approval and withdrawal processing.
• "IDR" / "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the currency in which all transactions on the Platform are denominated by default.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to online gambling services is explicitly restricted by applicable law.
• "Intellectual Property" means all trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos, domain names, copyrighted content, software code, databases, and proprietary materials owned by or licensed to nona77.

Access to and use of the nona77 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained continuously throughout membership.

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. We operate a strict 21+ policy in line with responsible gaming best practices applicable to the Indonesia market. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• Residency: You must be a current resident of Indonesia. Access from Prohibited Jurisdictions is not permitted.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• One Account: You may not hold more than one active Account on the Platform. If multiple accounts are discovered, nona77 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, merge balances at its discretion, and cancel any outstanding bonuses.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order with nona77 or any other gaming platform, or a court-ordered prohibition from gambling activities.
• Own Name Only: You may only register an Account in your own name and may not act as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.

To access real-money gaming services on nona77, you must complete the registration process accurately and in full. The following conditions apply to all Account registrations.

• Accurate Information: All personal details provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact information — must be true, accurate, current, and complete. You are obligated to update your account details promptly if any information changes.
• Username and Password: You are solely responsible for selecting a secure password and maintaining its confidentiality. nona77 will never request your password via any communication channel. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Email Address: A valid, personal email address is required for registration. The email address provided will serve as the primary communication channel for account notifications, withdrawal confirmations, and security alerts.
• Registration Approval: nona77 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Registration does not guarantee approval of withdrawals or bonus eligibility.
• Account Maintenance: Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be designated as dormant. An administrative fee may be applied to dormant accounts in accordance with our dormant account policy communicated to the Member at the time of dormancy classification.

nona77 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to confirm the identity of all Members, protect against fraud and money laundering, and comply with internationally recognized anti-financial-crime standards.

• Required Documents: Members will be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (KTP, passport, or SIM), a document confirming residential address dated within 90 days (utility bill, bank statement), and in some cases a selfie photograph holding the submitted ID document.
• Verification Timing: KYC verification is required before processing any withdrawal request, before a Member can claim certain high-value promotions, and at any time nona77 deems it necessary to verify account ownership or transaction legitimacy.
• Processing Time: Standard KYC verification is completed within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documents. Members will be notified by email of the outcome.
• Consequences of Non-Compliance: Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 30 days of a formal request will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges. Accounts providing fraudulent documentation will be permanently closed and relevant authorities notified.
• Data Handling: All documents submitted for KYC purposes are stored securely and processed strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

nona77 accepts deposits exclusively from payment methods registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The following conditions govern all deposit transactions.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited and will be returned to the originating account.
• Currency: All deposits are accepted and held in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). nona77 does not currently accept foreign currency deposits directly.
• Deposit Limits: Members may voluntarily set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings. Once set, a deposit limit may only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period. Decreases take effect immediately.
• Deposit Fees: nona77 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which nona77 accepts no liability.
• Declined Deposits: If a deposit is declined by your bank or e-wallet provider, please contact your financial institution directly. nona77 is not responsible for delays or charges arising from issues on the payment provider's side.
• Suspicious Deposits: nona77 monitors all deposit transactions for signs of money laundering, fraud, or unauthorized use of payment methods. Any deposit triggering a compliance alert will be held pending investigation and may be returned to the originating account without prior notice.

Members may submit withdrawal requests at any time, subject to the conditions below. nona77 is committed to processing verified withdrawal requests promptly and transparently.

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent deposit, or to a bank account confirmed in the Member's name via KYC. nona77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Processing Time: Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Members are processed within 15 minutes to 3 business hours under standard operating conditions. Processing may take longer during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or additional verification requirements.
• Withdrawal Fees: nona77 does not charge withdrawal processing fees. Your bank or e-wallet provider's standard transfer fees may apply.
• Wagering Requirements: Real-money deposits that have not been subject to any wagering may be withdrawn freely (subject to KYC). Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• Right to Investigate: nona77 reserves the right to delay processing a withdrawal for up to 5 business days if the transaction triggers internal fraud, bonus abuse, or AML monitoring protocols. The Member will be informed of any such delay.
• Closed Accounts: If a Member's account is closed — whether voluntarily or by nona77 — any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Member via the registered payment method within 10 business days, after all applicable checks have been completed.

nona77 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the point of each individual offer.

• Eligibility: Promotional offers are available only to Members who meet the stated eligibility criteria at the time of the offer. nona77 reserves the right to restrict promotions by account tier, deposit history, or geographic location within Indonesia.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds carry a minimum wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. Specific promotions may carry different requirements, which will be clearly stated in the respective offer terms.
• Game Contributions: Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Sports betting and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) wagers typically contribute 100%. Slot game contributions vary by title. Live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate. A full game contribution schedule is published in the Bonus Terms section of your account.
• Time Limits: Bonus funds expire if not used within the validity period specified in the respective offer. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are automatically removed from the Account.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may not hold more than one active deposit bonus simultaneously unless a specific promotion explicitly permits stacking. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in cancellation of all active bonuses.
• Abuse Prevention: nona77 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, and coordinated group bonus exploitation. Any Member found engaging in such conduct will have their bonus cancelled and may have their account suspended.
• No Cash Equivalent: Bonuses have no cash value and may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for real money except by completing the stated wagering requirements.

All gaming activity on nona77 is subject to the specific rules governing each game type or betting market. The following general principles apply across all gaming products.

• Sports Betting: All sports bets — including football markets (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and Timnas Indonesia / Garuda international fixtures), badminton, MotoGP, and e-sports — are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all legs to be settled before the overall bet is resolved.
• Live Casino: All live casino game outcomes are final once the round is concluded and confirmed by the dealer or system. Disconnection during a live game round does not void a placed bet; the round will be settled based on the recorded outcome.
• Slots: Slot game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Published Return to Player (RTP) figures represent theoretical long-term averages and are not guarantees of short-term returns.
• Togel: Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are sourced from official licensed draw operators. Results are final and non-disputable once published.
• Void Bets: nona77 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or placed after an event has concluded or its outcome was already known. Voided bets are refunded to the Member's Account balance.
• System Errors: In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or data feed failure that results in incorrect game outcomes or settlement, nona77 reserves the right to void affected bets and revert balances to their pre-error state.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nona77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different names or identities.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools, or any software that automates betting decisions or account interactions without prior written permission from nona77.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy server, or any other IP-masking technology.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the Platform's software or intellectual property.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward nona77 staff or other Members.

All content on the nona77 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, designs, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, game content, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of nona77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This license does not permit any commercial use, reproduction, redistribution, public display, or creation of derivative works based on any Platform content without prior written consent from nona77.

Any unauthorized use of nona77's intellectual property will constitute a material breach of this Agreement and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nona77's total aggregate liability to any Member arising from or in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Member during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nona77 shall not be liable for any of the following losses, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Loss of goodwill or reputation;
• Losses arising from system downtime, maintenance windows, or third-party service interruptions beyond nona77's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from a Member's own failure to maintain account security or to follow advice provided by nona77 support;
• Losses arising from gambling activity that the Member undertakes voluntarily and with knowledge of the inherent risks involved.

Nothing in this clause shall limit nona77's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any other matter where liability cannot be excluded by law.

nona77 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data protection principles observed by nona77 include:

• Personal data is collected only to the extent necessary for Platform operation, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
• Data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Members may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting our support team, subject to legal retention obligations.
• All data transmissions between your device and our servers are secured using SSL/TLS encryption.

nona77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. The following tools and resources are available to all Members free of charge.

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap via Account Settings. Reductions apply immediately; increases require a 7-day waiting period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period. Same modification rules apply as deposit limits.
• Session Time Limits & Reality Checks: Set a maximum session duration or receive periodic on-screen reminders of your time and spending during an active gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary (30-day minimum) or permanent self-exclusion via Account Settings or by contacting support. During self-exclusion, account access is suspended and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Account Closure: Any Member may request permanent account closure at any time. Real-money balances will be returned to the verified payment method after standard compliance checks.

• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the Member or their bank;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or collusion;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Regulatory, compliance, or law-enforcement direction.

Upon closure of an Account for breach of this Agreement, nona77 is entitled to withhold any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Real-money deposits that have not been subject to any fraudulent activity will be returned to the Member after completion of all required investigations.

Members wishing to close their own Account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting customer support via the email address listed on this site.

nona77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, Members will be notified via the email address registered to their Account at least 14 days before the changes take effect, except in cases where immediate amendment is required by law, regulation, or urgent security circumstances.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.

The current version of this Agreement, displaying the effective date at the top of this page, supersedes all previous versions. We recommend Members review this page periodically.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law as applied by the licensing jurisdiction under which nona77 operates.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and nona77, the following resolution process applies:

• Step 1 — Informal Resolution: Contact nona77 customer support via the email address listed on this site with a clear description of your complaint. We commit to acknowledging your complaint within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within 5 business days.
• Step 2 — Formal Escalation: If the matter is not resolved informally within 14 days, the Member may request escalation to a senior compliance officer, who will provide a final written decision within a further 10 business days.
• Step 3 — Independent Arbitration: If a resolution cannot be reached internally, either party may refer the dispute to binding independent arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where immediate action is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
